PATIENT FEEDBACK

As a Practice we are always pleased to hear from our patients about what they like about us, and any thoughts they have that might help them or others receive better care.

With this in mind we have recently introduced a feedback box which is located near the prescription request box in the downstairs waiting room. A supply of forms are located nearby, together with a supply of pens which we trust patients will return for use by others in the future.

Regretfully the NHS does not regard email as a fully confidential communication system, but if you want to express your thoughts in a general or anonymised fashion please email us at queries@baffinssurgery.org.uk
